Weight lifting heavy weights is making my muscle tone much more dense and solid. When I did P90X, my body fat got really low and I was strong but more localized to each muscle group. It's so much easier now lifting my kids and doing day to day errands. Having this added muscle is helping burn excess fat so much better. I am off the plateau and seeing changes now.
