I am excited to have been paying more attention to the foods I eat, the foods I cook, and the foods I buy (or more importantly - the foods I don't buy). With the help and support of my husband, I've been steered in the right direction as we've tried the Paleo diet and the Caveman diet. I have a lot of cheat days and don't always eat healthy before he gets home for dinner. I would like to change all of that. I began tracking what I eat on a semi-regular basis since I've had my second child to see where I lay when it comes to diet. Just knowing I'm keeping track of my food keeps me much more honest.
