We're on day 16 of our new meal plan/lifestyle change. We're eating lots of fresh veggies and trying so many new cuts of meat. The book and recipe list is from Practical Paleo and we highly recommend it to get healthy or to get a huge selection of new amazing recipes. Last night was balsamic braised short ribs over roasted carrots. I'd have to say it's the best dinner I've ever cooked.
