Hungry!
Hubby and I are head on into a stricter form of the diet he's been following for the last year and a half. In the past, I would try to follow it but cheated all of the time. It's the Paleo diet - basically eating like a caveman...or woman in my case. We eat a lot of veggies, some fruit, some meat, and a few other things mixed in. We're working out a new cookbook and it's going well except all I can think of is chocolate cake!
With having a second baby, my body is definitely not "bouncing back" as it did the first go around. I'm more active, eating better yet aside from a little more tone, I haven't changed much. Once we get the hang of this new way of eating, it'll be interesting to see what happens. I am used to filler carbs so right now I am wanting to chew on my arm out of carb cravings. I've already had four meals today. They just aren't high in calories so I have to keep eating. The food dishes all seem to require time in the kitchen (another thing I am always working on) or eating raw vegetables. I am excited to find a balance of time spent cooking to get enough calories in.
